gamex VIP — Weekly Cashback and Benefits Across Five Tiers
Play regularly at gamex and move up through the tiers — from Bronze all the way to Diamond — and receive cashback on your net weekly losses, credited directly to your account.
A Cashback Structure Across Five Tiers
Each tier in the gamex VIP program has its own identity. The higher you go, the higher your weekly cashback rate.
Bronze
Bronze
Your VIP journey at gamex begins at this tier as soon as you join. You have the opportunity to earn cashback from your very first week.
Silver
Silver
Play regularly to move past Bronze and reach Silver. Your cashback rate doubles at this tier.
Gold
Gold
Gold is a popular destination for many regular players. The weekly cashback at this tier is quite notable.
Platinum
Platinum
Reaching Platinum means you are a dedicated gamex member. The higher cashback rate makes a real difference every week.
Diamond
Diamond
Diamond is the highest tier in the gamex VIP program. Earn up to 1.0% cashback per week — for the most active members.
How Weekly Cashback Is Calculated
Weekly cashback is calculated from your total losses for that week. Total losses means the amount lost minus the amount won — that is your net loss. The percentage set for your VIP tier is then applied to that net loss.
At the end of each week, gamex automatically calculates this cashback and adds it to the member's balance. No separate claim is needed.
Example: Gold Member
This ৳120 will be credited directly to your gamex account. At the Diamond tier, the same net loss would earn you ৳200.
How to Reach a Higher Tier
Progression through gamex VIP tiers is based on your consistency and activity. No specific deposit or turnover figures are published — play regularly and actively, and your tier will move forward on its own.
Play Regularly
The more gaming activity you have, the greater your chance of moving up a VIP tier. Slots, casino games, and sports bets — all of them contribute.
Stay Consistent
Playing regularly each week is more effective than playing a lot on a single day. Consistent participation is the key to tier progression.
Automatic Evaluation
gamex reviews each member's activity on its own and upgrades tiers at the right time. No separate application is needed.
Level Up by Playing Any Game
Playing across the different sections of gamex builds VIP activity. From spinning the reels in slot games to sitting at a live casino table — every type of play contributes to your VIP journey.
Placing bets on sports like cricket or football also counts toward activity under the same rules. Visit the cricket betting page for more details, including Bangladesh Tigers matches and many other options.
The Exclusive Benefits of Being a VIP
Beyond cashback, gamex VIP members enjoy a number of additional benefits not available on a standard account.
Priority Support
Support requests from higher-tier VIP members are processed faster. gamex's 24/7 live chat and email support is available in both Bengali and English.
Access to Exclusive Promotions
VIP members get early notice of specific promotions and offers. They also receive special consideration for weekly and seasonal bonuses.
Faster Withdrawals
Withdrawals at gamex are typically processed within 1 hour. For VIP members, this process is even smoother and given priority.
Occasion Bonuses
gamex has special rewards for VIP members on birthdays and other occasions. The gamex birthday special reward offers up to ৳1,500, with 10× wagering.
Tier Retention Benefit
Once you reach a tier, gamex holds it for a set evaluation period so that short-term fluctuations do not affect your membership status.
Referral Rewards
Bring friends with the gamex referral program and earn up to ৳2,000 for each successful referral, with 12× wagering. VIP members' referral activity is counted in the same way.

Cashback Is Not a Substitute for Responsible Gaming
Important Note
VIP cashback is a rewards system — it should never be a reason to play more. Going beyond your set budget in the hope of earning cashback increases the risk of financial loss.
Set a weekly or monthly limit for yourself and stick to it. Gaming is for enjoyment — not for income.
To learn more about responsible gaming, read the responsible gaming page. gamex is committed to ensuring a safe and informed gaming experience for all members.
